Fernbank Museum announced Tuesday that they’ve raised $27 million for updates that will “revolutionize” guest experiences.
The Atlanta-based education center is home to a mixture of indoor and outdoor activities dedicated to natural history and scientific innovation, bringing in over 419,000 guests in 2024.
The funding will go toward a new signature exhibition, an additional temporary exhibit gallery and an interactive science discovery zone, as well as accessibility improvements to several preexisting exhibits.
