On Thursday, President Donald Trump visited Rome, Georgia, where he delivered remarks on inflation, false claims about fraud in the 2020 election and his endorsement of a candidate for the state’s 14th Congressional District. It’s one of four U.S. congressional districts in Georgia where a Republican incumbent is leaving their seat.

Early voting has started in the March 10 special election for the 14th Congressional District, which includes Rome, after former U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene vacated her seat in January due to rifts with the Trump administration.
