Georgia professor evaluates Haley-DeSantis debate

The two candidates trailing behind Donald Trump for the GOP nomination for president came out to make their case to voters Wednesday night.
Nikki Haley and Ron DeSantis debated each other in Iowa ahead of the state’s caucuses, but it’s unclear whether it will be enough to sway voters.
So, who won? And how well did they get their points across to undecided Georgia voters?
University of North Georgia communication professor Tom Preston joined WABE’s “All Things Considered” to talk about what the outcome of the debate might mean for the upcoming primaries.
