According to a recent report by the Commonwealth Fund, Black people in Georgia are almost twice as likely to die early from conditions that are treatable with timely access to quality healthcare.

State Rep. Sandra G. Scott of Rex, Georgia hosted a virtual town hall discussion to educate the public on how systemic racism leads to inadequate healthcare for people of color.
