It’s week five of the 2025 Georgia legislative session. Lawmakers have been busy at the Gold Dome reviewing proposed bills.

On Wednesday’s edition of “Closer Look,” WABE politics reporter Sam Gringlas returned to the program to provide an update on the latest.

Gringlas talked with Scott about Gov. Kemp’s civil litigation package along with several other proposed measures involving transgender athletes, gun safety, school safety, Medicaid expansion and more.
