Julie Andrews brings the Gift of Music

Sounds of Rodgers and Hammerstein and Simeon's Gift resound in Atlanta

This Saturday night, legend of screen and stage, Julie Andrews is hosting an evening titled “the Gift of Music” with the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra. The first half of the concert features favorites by Rodgers and Hammerstein, capped off by a unique musical adaptation of the children's book, Simeon's Gift, written by Julie Andrews and her daughter, Emma Walton Hamilton. Recently WABE's Wanda Yang Temko spoke with Dame Julie.
