Atlanta, GA – This year marks the 20th anniversary of the National Black Arts Festival. Its 10-day run officially begins July 18th with a variety of events highlighting dance, music, art, film, commentary, and children's programs. When I spoke with Leatrice Ellzy?manager of Artistic Programming and Festival Production?she talked about a number of this year's events being centrally located downtown.
