Local attorney discusses the DeKalb County District Attorney's decision to recuse herself

On Wednesday DeKalb County District Attorney Sherry Boston announced her decision to recuse herself from reviewing the investigation of the officer-involved shooting that took place at the proposed site of the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center.

During a court hearing on Tuesday, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis said her decision on whether to bring charges is “imminent” in the special grand jury investigation on whether former President Donald Trump and his allies tried to overturn to 2020 election in Georgia.

On Thursday’s edition of “Closer Look,” former U.S. Attorney Michael Moore discussed the latest in the two pending legal cases.
