Rothstein, author of “The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America” and co-author of “Just Action: How to Challenge Segregation Enacted under the Color of Law,” returned to “Closer Look” as a featured guest on Monday. Rothstein also stressed that people should not be afraid of the federal government’s actions and explained why he feels there are so many things that people can do locally to improve affordable housing access.
