The hosts of a podcast that explores the past, present and future of dating say the dating app industry is a billion-dollar industry.

Sangeeta Singh Kurtz and Lakshmi Rengarajan, the hosts of the podcast “Land of the Giants,” were guests on Tuesday’s edition of “Closer Look” in celebration of Valentine’s Day.

They talked with show host Rose Scott about why more people are turning away from dating apps and attempting to find love in more traditional ways.
