Atlanta federal workers and their supporters across the metro area are continuing to protest the Trump administration’s cuts to the federal workforce.

A rally was planned for Wednesday evening outside the Richard B. Russell Federal Building, timed to coincide with similar gatherings in other cities across the country.

The action followed another protest rally Tuesday, where dozens of people held signs and chanted at the corner outside the entrance to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention headquarters building.
