Atlanta — being the Olympic city that it is — earlier this year hosted the U.S. Olympic marathon trials.
The top runners from that contest were all set to go compete in Tokyo … until the coronavirus put the Olympics on hold.
Atlantan Jeff Galloway competed in the 1972 Munich Games as an Olympic runner.
