The ongoing fight over whether Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis should be removed from Georgia’s election interference case enters its final chapters on Friday.
Fulton Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee at 1 p.m. will hear closing arguments regarding whether a romantic relationship Willis had with special prosecutor Nathan Wade created a conflict of interest in the case.
Willis and Wade have acknowledged the relationship but say it ended last summer and has no bearing on the case.
