Both sides in the case against a Georgia father accused of buying the gun used by his son to kill four people at Apalachee High School last year have convinced the presiding judge to move his trial to another county, but where is yet to be determined.

Barrow County Superior Court Judge Nicholas Primm said on Thursday that there are several factors he has to think about when choosing a new county to hold the trial, like resources and staffing. However, he said, what’s for certain is that even if it were to remain in Barrow, the high-profile trial of the father, Colin Gray, is going to be expensive.
