
Georgia corrections officials are still not saying if executions will resume after the state released findings Thursday of what may have gone wrong with a lethal injection drug last month.
Kelly Gissendaner’s execution on March 2 was halted at the last minute because state officials said the lethal injection drug appeared cloudy. The state then postponed executions.
