Two brothers accused of attacking their parents in what police say was a plot to kill them are set to make their first appearances in court.
A preliminary hearing is set for Friday afternoon for 17-year-old Cameron Ervin and 22-year-old Christopher Ervin. They face aggravated assault and arson charges.
Yvonne Ervin told police her two sons drugged and attacked her and her husband in their suburban Atlanta home Sept. 5. She and her husband, Zachary, were hospitalized but are expected to survive.
