In recent weeks, the safety of gas stoves has been the focus of many recent political debates.
This all comes as the Consumer Product Safety Commission said its research found emissions from gas stoves can be hazardous.
On Wednesday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Professor Rob Jackson, an Earth system scientist at Stanford University, said he and other researchers at Stanford have been traveling to homes around the country measuring the amount of pollution that comes from gas and electric stoves.
