In its 29th year, Out on Film is one of the longest-running film festivals with films by and about the LGBT community.
This year, the festival features over 110 films and is honoring filmmaker Randal Kleiser, the director of “Grease,” with an icon award.
“It’s vital to have positive imagery of LGBT people,” Out on Films’ director Jim Farmer said. “Not only that but to also honor filmmakers and provide a safe haven for people to come together and experience these works.”
