DeKalb County resident Gerrard White wants to see more police in his neighborhood.
At the second of four town halls the DeKalb County Police Department is holding, he described how a bullet ricocheted from his bedroom window a few days ago.
“Just today, there have been several cars, people with guns,” White said, holding back tears. “I keep reporting it. I’ve got cameras all over my house, and no one’s doing anything. I don’t know what else to do. I’m trying to move, but it’s just so hard.”
