President Donald Trump will address a joint session of Congress on Tuesday after 9 p.m. ET.
During the address, he will provide an overview of his first few weeks in office, which have been marked by aggressive attempts to decrease the size of the federal government and cut federal funding, slash foreign aid and deport and detain immigrants without legal status.
You can tune into NPR’s live special coverage of the speech on WABE 90.1 FM at 9 p.m. ET.
