Atlanta Public Schools bus drivers, custodians, paraprofessionals get raises

Bus drivers, custodians and paraprofessionals working at Atlanta Public Schools will get a 10% raise beginning this school year.

Registered nurses will get a 1% raise and licensed practical nurses will get a 2% raise. Moreover, all APS employees will see a salary step increment this school year.

These raises, amounting to $9.3 million, come after an 11% raise for teachers last year.
