A brewery and distillery is the first tenant to commit to Centennial Yards, a 50-acre revitalization of downtown’s historic Gulch.
Wild Leap, a 4-year-old brewery from LaGrange, will move into Centennial Yards South, the foundation of the $5 billion redevelopment of a former Norfolk Southern railroad office and freight depot. The project is rising along Ted Turner Drive.
The south district is a 6-acre, $100 million joint venture between developers CIM Group and Stream Realty Partners. It’s part of the overall Centennial Yards project, which aims to reconnect surrounding downtown communities.
