FBI officials are searching the metro Atlanta and Northeast Georgia areas for potential witnesses and victims in an ongoing child sexual abuse material investigation.

The bureau announced Thursday that they are working to identify potential victims of a Georgia suspect who has been charged with possession of child pornography.

FBI special agents say that they have uncovered a series of videos from the unnamed perpetrator, who is believed to have recorded videos inside bathrooms at locations in Gwinnett, Jackson, and Oconee counties. The videos, which officials say primarily targeted male juveniles, were taken mainly across public restrooms and during high school athletic events between February 2024 and March 2026.

Locations identified in the footage include:

  • Mountain View High School – Lawrenceville, GA
  • Rabbit Hill Park – Dacula, GA
  • Publix – Butler’s Crossing – Watkinsville, GA
  • Mill Creek High School – Hoschton, GA
  • Kroger – Jefferson, GA

The FBI is encouraging potential victims or their legal guardians, as well as anyone with additional information, to complete a short form.

“If you know of someone else who has possibly been victimized in relation to those dates/times/locations, please encourage them to complete the form themselves,” FBI officials said.

Responses are voluntary. Those who will out the form may be contacted by the FBI and asked to provide more information. All victims’ identities will be kept confidential.
