According to an October report from the American Psychological Association, Gen-Z — those 13 to 23 years old — is the age group reporting the highest rates of isolation, stress and anxiety.
The report noted the pandemic has led to an increase in students reporting mental health challenges.
In response to this, many colleges and institutions of higher learning are working to expand mental health resources for students.
