This past Sunday, Atlantans stepped out into the fall sunshine in Midtown for the largest Pride event in the Southeast.
While the Pride festival lasted all weekend, a main event was the 45th annual Pride parade, which wove through the neighborhood from the Civic Center Marta Station to the entrance of Piedmont Park.
Rainbow flags, costumes and glitter colored the festivities, as floats and dancers marched in support of LGBTQ rights and causes. The parade was sponsored by Delta Air Lines.
