Bob Edge: An Advocate For The Arts In Atlanta

Bob Edge has helped to promote and advocate for the arts in Atlanta for years. Among his contributions, Edge is vice chair of the Walter and Emilie Spivey Foundation and helped establish Spivey Hall.

Bob Edge is senior counsel at Alston and Bird, but his life as an arts advocate began nearly 50 years ago.

Since 1982, he has served as chair of the Charles Loridans Foundation, which provides annual financial support to just about any arts organization in Atlanta you care to name.

He is vice chair of the Walter and Emilie Spivey Foundation and helped to establish Spivey Hall. In January, ArtsATL named Edge as its Luminary Awards Amaranth Winner for Philanthropic Legacy.
