Brookhaven’s first City Hall will soon be converted into a restaurant.

The City Council has approved the rezoning of the 1938 wood-frame building, nicknamed the “The Little White House.”

The restaurant will be called Dixie Moon and will be run by chef Scott Serpas, who also owns the Atlanta restaurant, Serpas True Food.

The building was used during the early days of the city’s founding  in 2012 and 2013.
