Halloween is on a Monday this year, and that means a lot of Atlantans likely decided they would wait until the weekend to pick out a costume. Instead of rooting through empty store fronts and picked-clean shelves, it might be a good idea to come up with something on the fly, using whatever’s in the back of the closet.
