July is National Ice Cream Month, and it’s particularly special for a Decatur-based gelateria.
“Every month is ice cream month for me,” said Meridith Ford, the owner of Cremalosa on Monday’s edition of “Closer Look.”
Ford, who opened her gelato shop just weeks before the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, talked with show host Rose Scott about her love for Italian-style ice cream and quickly pivoting her business model to meet customer’s needs amid the ongoing health crisis.
