Georgia bobsledder Elana Meyers Taylor could take home another Olympic gold medal

Georgia native Elana Meyers Taylor could potentially take home another Olympic gold medal this weekend.

Meyers Taylor will compete in the 2-woman bobsled with heats 1 and 2 on Friday and the final two runs on Saturday. Her partner in the competition will be Jadin O’Brien. Their fellow Team USA athletes Jasmine Jones, Azaria Hill, Kaysha Love and Kaillie Humphries will also be taking part in the event.

The 41-year old Meyers Taylor, who was born in California but raised in Douglasville, Georgia, has a long history in the 2-woman bobsled event.
