Georgia Congressman Hank Johnson Says He’ll Continue Fighting After Being Arrested While Protesting Voting Rights Inaction

Democratic Congressman Hank Johnson was arrested in Washington D.C. last week, along with nine other demonstrators, in a show of civil disobedience to draw attention to Senate inaction on voting rights legislation and filibuster reform. The representative from Georgia’s 4th District joined “Morning Edition” to discuss why he is protesting, as well as the House select committee beginning their investigation of the Jan. 6 insurrection.
