Georgia judge rules for three portions of grand jury report in Trump probe to be made public

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney recently released his final recommendations for a special grand jury report investigating former President Donald Trump’s efforts to overturn election results in 2020.

On Monday, Judge McBurney ordered that three portions of the report be released on Thursday.

On Tuesday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Former U.S. Attorney Michael Moore discussed why he supports the McBurney ruling and the likelihood that District Attorney Fani Willis will issue indictments in the case.

During the conversation, Attorney Moore also talked about the latest developments in the deadly officer-involved shooting at the Atlanta Public Safety Training Center.
