Grady is bringing a $1 billion medical campus to south Fulton County, including a long-awaited hospital.
The 200-bed hospital in Union City will be a full-service, inpatient care facility and the first to serve south Fulton since 2022.
Fulton County commissioners voted this week to pay $300,000 toward the hospital’s total cost using county bonds.
