Pam Longobardi / Hathaway Gallery

Pam Longobardi is not only an artist. She’s an environmentalist and activist who has traveled the world exploring oceans. Lombardi is a Distinguished Professor of art at Georgia State University and has won numerous awards for her work, which has been on display in several countries around the globe.

Plastic in oceans is central to her work, and she joined “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes to discuss her exhibit “Reworlding,” which is on view now at Hathaway Gallery through Sept. 16.
