In relationships built to last, couples understand the importance of having fun together. Play connects us, reveals new things about ourselves and one another, and sparks the imagination.

Two seasoned comedians teamed up on a new book: “Improv for Couples: Fun Games for You and Your Partner.” The co-authors are Georgia-born actor and improv artist Amber Nash, widely known as the voice of Pam Poovey on the animated series “Archer,” and master improv comedy artist Greg Tavares of Charleston’s Theatre 99.

“City Lights” host Lois Reitzes spoke with Nash and Tavares about their new book.

“This book can be a little mini vacation for just 30 minutes or an hour where you can open up that book, be away from your life, and just play with your partner and have fun,” said Nash.
