The Bitter Southerner published its very first children’s book recently. “Your Heart is Your Home” is written by Kyle Tibbs Jones and illustrated by Kristen Solecki.
In this interview, the author speaks with “City Lights” host Lois Reitzes about the book that is subtitled, “A Guide For Those Who Decide To Roam.”
“Our hope is to lift up those voices so that the rest of us can look at the South in a newer, more open and accepting way,” Jones said.
