Over the next few days, a series of memorial services are being held in honor of the former first lady Rosalynn Carter.

Starting on Monday, Mrs. Carter will lie in repose at The Jimmy Carter Presidential Library and Museum. President Joe Biden and first lady Jill Biden are expected to attend Mrs. Carter’s funeral service in Atlanta.

As tributes continue to pour in, several guests reflect on the life and legacy of the former first lady.

Plus, following a court order, Georgia lawmakers will gather this Wednesday for a special session to redraw the boundary lines for several congressional districts.

On Monday’s edition of “Closer Look,” Rose talks with WABE politics reporters Sam Gringlas and Rahul Bali. Gringlas discusses the upcoming session and Bali discusses memorial services for Mrs. Carter.
