A new Mother Jones article reveals how the Trump administration could seek federal pardons for so-called fake electors in the 2020 presidential election — despite none of the fake electors receiving federal charges.

This comes after President Donald Trump pardoned over 1,500 January 6 rioters after returning to office in January.
