Netflix releases trailer and premiere dates for final season of Georgia-filmed hit 'Stranger Things'

“Stranger Things” fans worldwide received news over the weekend that surely turned their worlds “upside down.”

Streaming service Netflix released the official trailer for the highly anticipated final season of the sci-fi drama series, which will conclude both the stories of the beloved Hawkins residents and one of the most successful television productions ever filmed in Georgia.

The roughly two-minute trailer, released Saturday, features highlights from beloved scenes of previous seasons, as well as the announcement of three release dates for the eight-episode run.
