Clyde Higgs, the president and CEO of the Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., says his organization is working to establish more affordable housing options.
On Thursday’s edition of “Closer Look,” talked with program host Rose Scott about a partnership the Atlanta BeltLine, Inc., Atlanta Housing, and Rea Ventures to establish Madison at Reynoldstown, an affordable housing project that will establish 116 apartment units along the Atlanta BeltLine in Reynoldstown.
The apartment building, which will be located where the Eastside Trail meets the Southside Trail, will have affordable units that range from 30 – 80% of Area Median Income (AMI).
