Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed is in Paris this week for the global talks on climate change.

On Thursday, Reed sat on a panel of city mayors and leaders from around the world to discuss how urban areas can address climate issues faster than national governments.

Speaking from Paris with WABE’s “Closer Look,” Reed said cities can have a global influence.
