SK Innovation’s massive Georgia battery plant is back on track after settling legal disputes over alleged stolen technology.
The South Korea-based manufacturer is building two plants in Jackson County, northeast of Atlanta, to make batteries for electric vehicles.
SK Innovation is hiring hundreds of employees to staff the first plant in all areas of operations, including maintenance, logistics, finance and human resources. The company currently employs 250 in the facility.
