Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp has called a special election for July 28 to replace the late Democratic U.S. Rep. David Scott, who represented Georgia’s 13th Congressional District.

All candidates will appear on one ballot.

If no candidate gets more than 50% of the vote, the top two getters will advance to an Aug. 25 runoff. The winner will only fill the seat for the rest of the year.
