As many families prepare for the Thanksgiving holiday, U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff is calling on the Trump administration to reverse several of its trade and economic policies.

The Georgia senator said in a Thursday virtual press conference that the state’s economy has been put in a very tough spot.

“We’ve got this catastrophic Trump tariff policy driving up costs across the board, families about to spend Thanksgiving together facing much higher prices, and health insurance premiums about to skyrocket,” he noted.
