Georgia is a relatively gun-friendly state that’s only gotten gun-friendlier in recent years.

It’s been six years since the so-called “Guns Everywhere” law made it possible for those with a permit to carry a firearm, well almost everywhere.

More recently, it became legal for students with weapons-carry licenses to carry concealed guns on campus.

WABE’s Lisa Hagen is a reporting fellow for the Guns & America reporting collaborative. She sat down to speak to “All Things Considered” host Jim Burress about what she’s keeping her eye on.
