iPad Mini Sweepstakes Drawing – April 24, 2013

1. Entry Time Period

This sweepstakes’ Start Date is April 15, 2013 after 6:00 AM (EST) and the End Date is April 24, 2013 at 8:59 AM (EST.) No entries for the drawing held after 9:00 AM (EST) on April 24, 2013 will be accepted before the Start Date or after the End Date.  Enter early for more chances to win; all entries received during this sweepstakes will be entered into future sweepstakes drawings occurring at a later date during WABE’s 2013 Spring Fund Drive. 

Sustaining Memberships

Sustaining members give on a monthly basis indefinitely and are automatically entered into the sweepstakes if their sustaining pledge was made as of the End Date for this giveaway and is still in effect.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enter.   All pledge and non-pledge participation will result in a total of one entry per name per drawing.   Winner’s name must match state-issued photo identification.  Persons in the following categories are NOT eligible to participate: (a) persons who on or after the Start Date, were employees of APS, AETC, Public Broadcasting Atlanta, CoCard, Inc. and (b) persons who are immediate family (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse) of any person in the preceding category, regardless of where they live; or who reside in the same household, whether related or not.

3. Prize

One winner will receive an IPad Mini. Winners are responsible for payment of all tax obligations. Total prize is worth $329 (three hundred twenty nine dollars). Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Prize winner must be at least 18 years of age.  Retail value of prize: $329 (three hundred twenty nine dollars).

4. Winner Notification and Acceptance

Winner will be notified by May 15, 2013.  Winner must sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release.  Non-compliance will result in the prize being awarded to an alternate winner.  WABE will contact winners via e-mail, phone number(s) and/or mailing address provided by contest entrant.  Failure of winners to respond or accept prize(s) within sixty days will result in alternate prize disposition.

5. Odds

The odds of winning will be determined by the total number of eligible entries received. All pledges and all non-pledge entries will result in a list of unduplicated names from which one winner will be randomly selected.
