Atlanta, GA – The beginning’s of a life and a life’s work. Saralyn Chesnut is best known as the first director of what’s now Emory’s office of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Life. But the recent retiree wasn’t always such an activist or open about her own identity as a lesbian. She told her story to her longtime friend, Lorraine Fontana.
