Four-time Grammy-winning singer Angelique Kidjo says that amid navigating the difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic, music has given her the strength to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
“Music has been the force that drives me to believe that tomorrow is going to be better and we have to believe that it’s going to be better, each one of us has to do its share for us to come together and play music,” said Kidjo.
The singer, widely known as the “Queen of African Music,” was a guest on Thursday’s edition of “Closer Look.”
