Proctor Creek in northwest Atlanta is one of the most polluted waterways in metro Atlanta.
The West Atlanta Watershed Alliance, or WAWA, says the creek is “impacted by at least 29 documented pollution sources and does not meet state-mandated water quality requirements.”
