This week, a health care task force created by the Georgia Chamber of Commerce released its much-anticipated report on ways the state could expand medical coverage for the uninsured. The report outlined three possible paths for lawmakers to consider this coming legislative session.
Ga. Chamber Releases Plans For Expanding Health Care Access
On “Morning Edition,” Denis O’Hayer took an in-depth look at the Chamber’s proposals, and how they might affect Georgia consumers, in a conversation with Blake Fulenwider, an independent consultant who helped produce the report for the Chamber.
Brian Robinson, who’s familiar to “Morning Edition” audiences from the “Political Breakfast” series with Tharon Johnson, also joined the conversation. In this case, Robinson appeared as a spokesman for the Chamber’s task force.
